From the beginning, we were never given straight answers about pricing—we were constantly overcharged, and every time we asked why, we were brushed off. What really broke my trust was receiving a letter in the mail blaming us for an accident (a tire falling off) and telling us we were too much of a liability to insure. It felt like a slap in the face after everything. No real communication, no support—just blame. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this agent. No one deserves to be treated this way."
